V Festival Looks Like A Sunny One!
This is set to be a fantastic festival with a varied and eclectic mix of headlining bands, including Eminem, Arctic Monkeys, Plan B, Rihanna, The Script, Manic Street Preachers, Kaiser Chiefs, Pendulum, Jessie J, Bruno Mars, Amy Winehouse and Ellie Goulding.
An Annual Affair
This annual festival is run during the penultimate weekend in August. This novel exchange of artists is held in two parks simultaneously and share the same line-up.
Previous V festivals have had some of the best acts headlining during the weekend including Red Hot Chili Peppers (I was there!!) Foo Fighters, David Gray, Skin, Coldplay, Pulp, Robbie Williams and many more.
The Great British Weather
For some reason, the festival has been quite lucky with the weather, and this year so far seems no exception, with Chelmsford looking to be the hottest venue with highs of up to 24F/14c, Staffordshire is promised 21F/9c.
