Kasabian’s new single Days Are Forgotten will be released on the 11th September followed by their fourth new album Velociraptor which will be released on the 19th September.
Even better news, their UK tour kick starts in November at the Brighton Centre on the 28th November, they will then make their way around the country calling at the Motorpoint Arena Cardiff, Capital FM Arena in Nottingham, NIA in Birmingham, Manchester’s MEN, Newcastle Arena, Sheffield’s Motorpoint Arena, SECC in Glasgow, ACC in Aberdeen and finishing at the O2 in London on the 14th December.
Due to overwhelming demand the band will also be playing a second night at Nottingham Arena on Saturday, December 3rd, London’s O2 Arena on Thursday December 15th and tickets for the ACC in Aberdeen on the 12th December go on sale on Friday 9th September.
As you can see from the demand in tickets, Kasabian are growing, not in just popularity, but in their music and confidence too.
Their confidence and aggression that the band seem to have found certainly shows in their video Switchblade Smiles, a very brave move into real world of grown up music!
